Mayor Justin Coffman returned to speak to us and inform us about the 5 municipal bond referendums on the ballot for citizens of the City of Midlothian on November 3rd. There were several questions afterwards but mostly positive comments. All the bonds anticipate the growth we're seeing in the area and the need for better infrastructure.
